The main gripe I have is how unnecessarily complicated it is to purchase a lift ticket. Every time you need to enter all your information from scratch INCLUDING the pass ID #. This is super frustrating. Especially at 6am when you are running out the door. And the PASS ID is like a mega code. What if I get a digit wrong? Keep the PASS ID on file in our account or make it add the pass to the phone or something. Anything. ### 2/5 — Room for improvement *2025-02-04, version 6.1.3* The app itself works ok at best. Ona heavy snow day the marmot cam almost always freezes out and can’t be viewed. I can only assume from high traffic. What is seriously lacking is good snow reporting and road conditions. Most of your customer base drives a long way to be there and support this mountain. Not having accurate and consistent snow reporting and no written mountain and road conditions leaves the majority of us guessing in the morning. The odd time there is information provided it’s too late for most people that commute on the island. ### 4/5 — Just my opinion *2025-01-30, version 6.1.3* I’d like to see a web cam at every chair lift. So if it’s busy I could look at the cams to decide what chair I would ride at that time. I also miss the top speed option that was available previously. They have great programs for the kids and kid groups so that parents can go skiing as well.
