The shirt and suit fit perfectly. They go down to the small details, and the clothes fit far better than off the shelf. Tracking information isn’t very accurate as it shows items have shipped when in fact they are in production. The app support says they’ll respond in 5 minutes, but it could be much longer….currently I have a request in for over 30 minutes with no responses. Email support is supposed to be within 24 hours and again it’s been a couple of days. The clothes are worth the wait l, but if there is an issue be prepared for delays and frustration. ### 5/5 — Got my first item! *2026-06-22, version 4.118* I initially had trouble with the measurements using my iPad — it worked great in my iPhone. I ordered a shirt as a test; my Large Long is difficult to find any more.
