To enhance security and improve user convenience, I strongly recommend adding an option to choose how the One-Time Password (OTP) is delivered. Specifically, the ability to receive it via both registered mobile number and email, or to select one of the two methods. Additionally, there should be an option in the app to request closure of deposit schemes, either upon maturity or premature closure. This feature is a standard in modern banking apps and would make transactions much more flexible and secure.
