Жахливий банк, якщо йдеться про розблокування рахунку.
Вже третій місяць профільний підрозділ «розглядає» мою заявку на розблокування, але ніяк не може її розглянути. Жодної конкретики, жодних орієнтовних термінів — просто «чекайте, ми працюємо».
Коли дзвониш у підтримку, оператори розводять руками й радять чекати далі. За три місяці — жодного прогресу. Серйозно? Один працівник на весь профільний відділ, чи що?
Так і хочеться порекомендувати цей банк тим, хто шукає, де «найоперативніше» вирішують проблеми своїх клієнтів…

Так як я студент ,отримував кошти від батька ,в один прекрасний день вхід заблокували ,я одразу написав в підтримку ,вони сказали щоб я пояснив походження коштів ,я пояснив ,написав на аркуші паперу що отримую кошти від батька ,після цього 20 днів морозу ,а сьогодні написали що не можуть співпрацювати і кажуть 15 стаття ,оборот на карті в межах 30 тис ,пропоную надати квитанції ,що кошти від батька ,мороз.

Максимально не рекомендую даний банк ,тримайтесь від нього подалі

Завжди будьте готові до блокування вашого аккаунту без пояснення на те причини, служба підтримки дуже некомпетентна. Після оскарження мого блокування мене ігнорують вже четвертий місяць 😡, одним словом, це банк який викликає недовіру і демонструє своє шахрайство!
