Had login issues. After many back and forth with the doctor’s office and MTBC customer support I was finally able to login. It does show some useful information like lab work reports when it works. I tried to setup an appointment yesterday it will show the provider as off. How is it possible all providers in a clinic are off every day of the week? No, not in Spam. The QR code on my bill doesn't work because they are using a free qr code that has been used too many times. Cannot trust this company with my private health info because they are so cheap that they are incompetent. If they are too cheap to pay for a qr code, they are probably too cheap to pay for adequate SECURITY and are probably selling my personal information for extra money. I hope this company gets investigated by the Feds ### 1/5 — Cannot register - and no access to app support *2021-09-16, version 3.0.5* When you are registering a new account, you do not expect to see “your data doesn’t match our records”! Huh? At that point, you don’t HAVE any of one’s data. (Unless you imagine a very creepy scenario…). I tried to find support for the app on the website, but there was no place I could ask for help. When I started using this app it made my life easier. Friendly user interface. From scheduling my appointment to getting medical reports/records everything is just one click away. It’s a time and energy saver as it reminds me about my appointment schedules and has made communication with my doctor easier-no need to make calls. When i did login to this app i was amazed to see the interactive wheel of PHR. It's color combination and user interaction is gr8. I can rotate the dialer for some time and won't get bore. The design of this app is excellent. I can't login because i am not registered user but i can take the demo.
