I never receive a notification for posted charges (to show the pending charges went through). Also, pay day the app doesn’t even want to load and if I am able to login in it only lasts a few seconds. The previous app the bank used was better. I got pending and posted notification and had no issues with logging in and no lagging on the application either. ### 1/5 — Not very good preferred the other one *2024-10-25* Had to talk to someone to fix the account on Monday. I am getting payment notifications but signing in still has issues. Most of the time it’s fine, but if you fail to sign out and close the app by accident 6 hours later it still won’t let you in when they said it was 20min you can’t sign in. Also the sign out button is only available on the Home Screen and is right next to a button for contacting them. This app is more confusing and clunky then the last one. You also will need to update your password every few months leading to chances of people forgetting there new password. ### 5/5 — Loving the upgrade *2024-03-07, version 23.2.20* User friendly and easy to navigate!
