### 4/5 — Some Prices not Accuarte

*2025-06-03, version 5.3.3*

It’s a great app! The only issue I have is that some of my cards don’t match the price. Namely my foil SLD cards. My Deadpool SLD shows $0 for the foils. Every single one.

### 4/5 — One of the better ones

*2025-05-20, version 5.3.2*

Good way to store and sort cards, with enough automation to get prices and values.

Needs a few improvements:

1. Ok card scanner but it is only scanning the card title. It is not looking at the 3-letter collection identifier nor the collection number. This makes card price estimates wrong.
2. It does not have the functionality to add all cards of a pre-constructed deck with a single button. You have to scan all the cards.
3. It does not offer a deck generator to help deck building. Other apps do have this. Ideally, this should be part of the app and allow construction based on a selection of cards based on collection identifier, to help building with drafts.
4. No web interface accessible via web browser for easier management.

### 4/5 — Buggy

*2025-04-24, version 5.2.1*

There are a ton of bugs on this app. Otherwise it is a solid scanning app, but it would be sweet if you released a patch soon.

### 3/5 — Not bad

*2025-04-22, version 5.2*

Scanner works great but catalog is incomplete. Some cards don’t show all sets. Example Vampire Hexmage from Conspiracy. The conspiracy set is not an option. Please update to include all sets.

### 3/5 — performance improvements needed

*2025-02-05, version 5.0.2*

the application works pretty well and it is quite complete and the multiple options to create decks and organize cards and scan them is really good, however the performance of the application make work hard and annoying, the lag and input issues when trying to look up cards or trying to load a vast library makes it a bit annoying, i would like to suggest a cash system that will help expedite this process and improve responsiveness

### 3/5 — Leaves a lot to be desired

*2025-02-03*

So I’ve been using this app for several months and the more updates it’s been given. The slower it’s becoming. I like everything about it except how slow and buggy it’s become. Everything lags and freezes and takes a while to load. I don’t know man

Edit. Adding a star for developers response and willingness to fix the issues.

**Developer response:** Hi FoeHammer Echo! I’m Orlando, the dev. Thank you for your feedback! I’m really sorry to hear about the slowdown and bugs. I’d love to learn more about what’s causing the issue so I can work on improving it. If you have a moment, please email me at lionseyeapp@gmail.com or join the Discord—I’d really appreciate the chance to troubleshoot the exact actions that seem slow and make the app better for you. Your experience matters, and I’d love the opportunity to earn a better rating!

### 5/5 — Fantastic!

*2025-01-21*

This app is user friendly and visually great. You have no limit on cards you can add to your collection. This is definitely my preferred MTG app for tracking my collection, decks, and my wishlist!!

**Developer response:** Thank you for the kind review! I’m glad to hear you find the app user-friendly and that it works well for managing your cards.

### 3/5 — Buggy mess

*2025-01-17*

I really wanted to like this app. Subscribed to premium for a couple months to start scanning my collection, but was continually disappointed. I could look past the graphical glitches, but the scanner is a disaster- it finds cards quickly, but frequently pairs the image of the latest scan with the name/sets of the prior scan. It also defaults to the oldest printing of any card (so when I scanned a SPG Sacrifice from Duskmourn, the scanner defaulted to the a Revised edition one - which has completely different art). These problems were frequent and required a lot of clicking around to avoid/fix, making the whole scanning process painfully inefficient. Guess I’ll go try another one… ugh

EDIT: adding a star for developer responsiveness. Will further update, as appropriate, after talking to dev.

**Developer response:** Hi LonelyStreets, it’s Orlando, the app developer. I’m sorry the app isn’t meeting your expectations. I really appreciate your honest feedback. I’d love to learn more about your scanning workflow and figure out where the design I created isn’t working for you. Regarding the specific Special Guests printing or other special prints, I recommend choosing the set you want to scan or enabling Spell Sight so the scanner can try to match the exact printing. Feel free to email me at lionseyeapp@gmail.com or chat with me in the Discord if you’d like more tips or to share more feedback. I’d love to earn an improved rating!

EDIT: Thanks for the improved rating! I’m looking forward to chatting with you to figure out how I can make your scanning experience even better.

### 4/5 — Best MTG collection app

*2024-12-29, version 4.7.2*

I’ve tried a dozen different MTG apps and this one is by far the best. Clean functional UI, create scanner and great collection sorting/filtering. Basic deck building and discovery, but hopefully you do double down. No problem paying the monthly fee, well deserved.

Would give 5 stars, but the performance is not great. Particularly after scanning and adding a bunch of cards. I’m assuming this is a regression and will be resolved eventually. If this is the permanent state I will eventually lower my review and move on.

### 5/5 — Easy to use!

*2024-11-26, version 4.7*

This app has been awesome for scanning and organizing my cards. Nice to know what they are worth too!

### 3/5 — Good App, but…

*2024-11-03, version 4.6.3*

Good app for tracking my collection, but I have one issue with the scan feature. It will occasionally automatically add a card to my collection even when I have auto scan turned off. This can cause issues with knowing whether I already have a copy of that card or not in my collection.

### 5/5 — Feels At Home on  Devices

*2024-10-08, version 4.6.2*

Stoked to have found something this full-featured and am happy to support it.

### 5/5 — This is the best mtg app!

*2024-09-28*

The app was always great but the developer keeps adding updates that make me love it even more! I enjoy keeping track of my collection and commander decks. I have been using this app for 1 1/2 years.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind review broncogirl81! I really appreciate it! And thanks for the updated review; more updates and new features are coming very soon!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-03-06, version 6.1*

Immediate paywall, no scanner, nothing works or loads right.

### 1/5 — Crashes constantly on MacOS

*2025-10-24, version 5.4.7*

You can’t really build in your collection when the app constantly crashes when selecting cards from search.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-07-20, version 5.3.6*

This app does not work. It crashes regularly and when trying to scan will give you the same wrong card after deleting and trying again. Do not get this app!

### 1/5 — Need help

*2025-05-16, version 5.3.1*

I can’t get the app to scan my cards.

### 1/5 — Constant crashing

*2024-09-23, version 4.6*

Basically unusable due to crashes, tried on iPhone and Vision Pro

### 1/5 — Crashes on load

*2024-08-01, version 4.5.5*

This looks like an amazing app and was excited to use it. Managed to get it to load once.

Camera for scanning was really buggy. Then camera stayed on, even when I was not using it in the app (worry). Then crashes.

Now won't open.

Would request support but it's only via X and I don't use that. Would happily engage with dev, if some contact details were provided. Then happy to amend this review, if issues can be resolved!

### 1/5 — Can’t change card variants

*2024-04-19, version 4.2.3*

Can’t select which variant of a card I have after the scanner picks the wrong one.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2024-04-17*

This would be great if you could scan cards with it, but you can’t you have to look them up by name so what’s the point?

### 1/5 — Un scannable

*2024-04-15, version 4.2.3*

This would be cool if you could scan physical cards by looking at them with the Vision Pro, but it doesn’t do that you have to search for them by name

### 1/5 — Rip off

*2024-02-22, version 4.0.5*

I scan half my deck then it says upgrade to premium and won’t let me do anymore

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-05-21, version 6.2.1*

This app is so much better than the other MTG card apps. It’s built for deck builders and collectors. Love it!

### 5/5 — Great app for organizing the collection

*2026-01-29, version 5.4.13*

I have had just a pile of cards from decades of light collecting sitting around and I wanted to clean up and organize. The scanner for iPad goes really fast sometimes and then it seems like it gets tired or something, it will have to close the scanner open it again and then it will start scanning again. You do have to stop to make sure that you enter in the correct printing but it’s nice to know what the value of your collection actually is. Some people might find the patience needed to use this app annoying, along with the needlessly long review. Its good, and worth paying the fee.

### 5/5 — Love this application!

*2026-01-07, version 5.4.13*

It’s better than 5 stars!

### 5/5 — App isn’t very good

*2025-07-20, version 5.3.6*

The person who runs this app rocks! Very responsive and helpful with issues.

### 5/5 — This is awesome

*2025-05-02, version 5.2.4*

before, i had to look up prices of the cards, and i could not even get to the set lists! Now, with this app, i can look at prices of cards AND sets!

### 5/5 — The app I have been looking for.

*2025-04-06, version 5.1.2*

This is a wonderful app, that is full of features. I just finished adding my whole card collection of 10,000+ cards. It has helped in new deck building and finding forgotten cards in my collection.

There have been a few bugs a long the way. The great thing is this apps developer is quick to respond to any issues. At this time all my previous issues have been resolved.

If you have been looking for a powerhouse app to track your cards this is it.

### 5/5 — Good lord this is spectacular

*2025-02-25, version 5.0.6*

I can’t express how much better this app is than any other TCG collector card apps out there. Awesome job

### 5/5 — Committed Developer

*2025-02-10, version 5.0.3*

There are bugs, but the dev is communicative and always trying to improve things.

### 5/5 — Updated review

*2025-02-09, version 5.0.3*

After my first review the developer Orlando reached out to me and asked how, where and why the app was buggy. I told him exactly everything. I updated the app and honestly it’s night and day to how it used to be just only a week ago. Everything is faster and smoother by a mile. Legitimately a better overall experience. It’s still a touch laggy on my iPad but I’m chalking that up to it being a previous generation model.

On my iPhone 15. It’s perfect. Just perfect. The new mana value suggestion bar is also a really cool feature.

I just wanted to say the care and pride that is being shown is immaculate. I truly appreciate you. Thank you

### 5/5 — Overall - Awesome

*2025-01-30, version 5.0*

Everything looks great, performs great. Only two things lack are:
1. Wish List doesn’t work. Can’t pull up each individual card.
2. A one time payment plus level. Only two options are monthly and yearly. Some kind of one time payment for more like spelltable matches, access to more functions, I think would add a lot of value.
