After having a baby, I felt so disconnected from myself and my husband, it felt debilitating. I’ve been an early tester of MTHR and fell in love with their audio practices. Each practice addressed exactly my pain points. Like losing a sense of self or direction, not liking my body after having a baby, feeling touched out and far away from my husband. It’s so helpful to have a tool available here and now when I need it.
