An email was sent to the admin on your account that has the instructions on how to access rehearsal tracks on iOS devices - this email provides the steps needed to access the tracks. But still a great app! ### 1/5 — Only good for rehearsal *2019-05-06* This app is only good for rehearsal. It randomly stutters when the tracks are started, throwing off the entire tempo of the performance. Very disappointing representation of the quality expected from MTI. **Developer response:** Hi Methos, and thank you for your review. It sounds like there may be a connection error with your device - we recommend putting the device in airplane mode with WiFi turned off to remove any interference when playing the tracks. This would greatly singers know when to come in as they practice with the track. ### 3/5 — Good, but… *2026-03-25* You should look into methods to slow down the tracks. It would be very helpful for initial rehearsals. Then, it can be taken up to performance speeds as learners improve It’s possible to do this using open source software such as VLC. Perhaps you can look at that code in incorporating the feature. During NEWSIES music would disappear from the app in the middle of a show and have to be downloaded again! And once a song didn’t show up I’m the middle of the show and we had to do it with out it. This app needs to be updated and have bug fixes. Or the company needs to send out hard copy’s of cds again. **Developer response:** Hi Caleb, and thank you for your review. Very hard to figure out why. I called the support number and they suggested playing the tracks just on the iPad to see if the problem is the iPad or the interface into our sound system. I’ve tried two methods of interfacing and two different iPads with no improvement.
