## What is m.Ticket?

Naudojantis m.Ticket programėle galima greitai įsigyti, kaupti ar aktyvinti įvairių rūšių Vilniaus viešojo transporto bilietus bei susiplanuoti kelionę – išsirinkti greičiausią ir patogiausią maršrutą.

Paprasta:
-	Nereikalinga išankstinė registracija. Užtenka parsisiųsti ir įdiegti nemokamą programėlę.
-	Programėlė leidžia nusipirkti ir aktyvinti norimą bilieto rūšį ir bilietų kiekį.
-	Apmokėti už viešojo transporto bilietus galima mokėjimo kortele ar naudojantis elektronine bankininkyste. 

Patogu:
-	Turimus bilietus visada galima peržiūrėti skiltyje „Mano bilietai“.
-	Vienu metu galima įsigyti ir aktyvinti kelis bet kokios rūšies bilietus, programėlėje gali būti 30 ar 60 minučių bilietai, 30 dienų ar kitos rūšies elektroniniai bilietai, su nuolaida ir be jos.
-	Galima apmokėti už savo bei kartu važiuojančio keleivio kelionę.
-	Pasirinktą bilietą galima lengvai perkelti iš vieno telefono numerio į kitą.
-	Paprasta rasti greičiausią maršrutą, peržiūrėti autobusų ir troleibusų tvarkaraščius bei stebėti viešojo transporto judėjimą Vilniuje realiuoju laiku. 

Aktualu:
-	Keliaujant autobusu ar troleibusu bent vienas viešojo transporto bilietas privalo būti aktyvintas. Primename, kad bilietas aktyvinasi praėjus 15 s, kai paspaudžiate mygtuką „Patvirtinti“ 
-	Viešojo transporto kontrolei naudotojas turi paruošti aktyvintą bilietą – paspausti mygtuką „Paruošti kontrolei“. Ekrane pasirodžiusį kodą naudotojas turi parodyti kontrolieriui, kad šis nuskaitytų kontrolės kodą ir patvirtintų aktyvinto bilieto galiojimą. 
-	m.Ticket naudotojas atsako už tinkamą bilieto rūšies, kiekio, nuolaidos tipo parinkimą bei kitus įvedamus ir pasirenkamus duomenis.

Jei programėlei nepavyko nustatyti jūsų telefono numerio. Patikrinkite:​
-	Ar esate atsijungęs nuo WiFi tinklo (vartotojas autentifikuojamas per operatoriaus ryšį);​
-	Ar telefone aktyvuotas duomenų perdavimas;
-	Patikrinkite, ar telefone išjungta „Private Relay“ funkcija: Išjungti „Private Relay“  funkciją telefone galite taip: Settings > [jūsų vardas] > iCloud > Private Relay. Atsidariusiame lange „Private Relay“ šliaužiklis turi būti pastumtas į kairę pusę;​

-	Jei telefone įjungtas VPN – laikinai jį išjunkite, kol naudojatės programėle.​

Where are you gonna fix all the bugs, one moment it works, another it’s not! I’m using Tele 2, the app asks to enter a pin code sent to the number but it doesn’t arrive! How to I suppose to use it! Can’t you just change to email address. Really annoying and useless app

Fix your app! I need to buy only 1 ticket and I’m basically forced to use this app BUT I cant even enter my account. The app doesn’t send any pin-codes, although the number is lt, the previous pin doesn’t work too. Why would you even need such a complex log in system? It’s extremely frustrating! Kaunas’ app ziogas works way better and there aren’t any issues like this.
