The MTM Link Driver Application’s objective is to offer providers and their drivers the tools, features & functions to empower their active engagement with MTM. I have to travel North 7 miles before it picks me up. I’m screwed when my appointments are in any other direction. They need to fix this. It makes it hard when planning out the day to make it efficient and then the app spins and goes to the top so you have scroll down again and find the last ride you was looking at doesn’t take long it spins again. This causes alot time that could be avoided. Not a happy camper, the schedule they give out is crazy. One-5 trips a week and they all are 30 minutes away to drive a patient 3 miles.
