Therefore could not leave service or driver rating. The app wouldn’t submit it and the app also lost all my other appointments that I had scheduled on the app for reimbursement. This app needs to be fixed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. ### 1/5 — Not IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO GUARANTEE A RIDE -5 stars *2026-08-12, version 4000.18.0* I was told I was not attending an appointment that was priority or important and was not guaranteed because the type of appointment I selected I selected the wrong type of appointment due to embarrassment. I did it three times in a row and each time it was delayed and I never got the ride so the third time is when I called, they told me my appointment is not important enough to guarantee I get a ride. They cannot guarantee. I would get a ride because of the type of appointment which I had marked pain Managment , dialysis, & maternity, was told it was not an important appointment and they would NOT BE SENDING A RIDE!!! I told the lady, in fact it was a drug treatment program. That i was embarrassed and selected a different type of apponintment because i didnt know it mattered which type of medical appointment it was !!! She told me she would need to verify it was a drug treatment center with the location via phone call, which at that time the office was not opend yet. I didnt understand why she couldnt just take my word “you could be lying” why would i lie about a drug treatment program appoinment ( she was rude and very un helpful). I figured out on my own As long as i mark the ride a drug rehabilitation or treatment appoinment i was guaranteed a ride, no matter what! Even if the appoinment isnt for Drug rehad or treatment. Always mark it. They do Not check it was a lie. You will always br guaranteed a ride ### 1/5 — Too bad *2026-08-10, version 4000.18.0* My husband was picked up Today in a van bearing your name . The seatbelt was very loose and my husband almost fell Out of the seat at the turns . Please send another van on the return .
