MTN FBB Sales App is a mobile productivity tool built for authorized MTN field sales agents. It helps agents confirm fibre availability, manage customer leads, create orders, and track sales activity directly from the field.

With real-time coverage checks and location-based validation, agents can confirm whether a customer address is serviceable before starting the sales process. This helps reduce failed orders, improves customer experience, and gives agents the confidence to sell with accurate information.

The app also supports customer onboarding and order creation by guiding agents through lead capture, customer details, package selection, and order submission in one streamlined flow. Agents can manage assigned leads, follow up on pending opportunities, mark lost leads where necessary, and keep their pipeline up to date.

In addition, MTN FBB Sales App gives agents visibility into their day-to-day performance. Users can clock in and out, monitor recent activity, review commissions, track payouts, and access their referral profile and QR code for lead generation.
