You need to do a lot of improvement on this app, and as a corporate reputable company, you should make solid investments to develop essential tools which simply user experience. Because of your bad app and service, I will be required to line up on exhausting queues just to get my statement. You should fix this. NO ONE DESERVES TO SPEND A DAY ON THE QUEUE JUST TO GET A SERVICE IF SELF-SERVICE WOULD BE POSSIBLE. ### 1/5 — Application mal pensé *2025-06-22* C’est super difficile de se connecter à MoMo app depuis l’étranger, on ne peut pas concevoir une application et penser uniquement aux locaux. Actuellement je suis au Togo et connecté sur le wifi qui utilise le réseau Yas, impossible de se connecter à l’application pour effectuer des transferts et aussi penser à vraiment revoir la connexion pour accéder à l’application car sans la SIM impossible de se connecter alors que ce n’est pas pareil pour les autres réseaux. It doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Use MTN Cameroun at your own risk ,biggest scam *2025-12-04* I made a transfer from my MTM mobile money account in Cameroon to my bank account. They deducted the money, but the transfer was never completed when I messaged them. They didn’t reply after three days. I contacted them on social media and someone finally responded to me on Instagram all they told me was to be patient. It has now been eight days. They still haven’t explained what happened to my money and they are no longer responding to my messages. I needed that money to repay a bank loan and now I’m stranded because I’ve already missed the payment. Part of the money was also meant for my house rent.
