It keeps us updated of any train information, it provides useful information of any station, for example, which is the best exit for our destination, which cabinet gets less people. It gets game for us to earn points, the information provided in the app is beneficial to our daily life.

Hong Kong MTR is a lot better than New York and London subways.  Well organised and user friendly with the best APP.  HK MTR is the best and honourable to be No#1 in the world. Congratulations!!👍🏻👍🏻

If you know there’s a problem with the train starting at Easter instead of holding me on a train or almost 10 days in Mom tell me to get off the train and get on the other line. The only reason you would do that because the system simply communicate well somebody selfish about their own turf/responsibilities.
Smart think about it you would’ve had an artificial intelligence system all in and set up until the minute there was a problem you would’ve taken care of it.

The stupid app never sends the OTP code, and if you try to start all over it won’t let you reuse your email which you signed-up with 
because it wasn’t authenticated. Very poor programming.

Seems it has no memory built-in for autofill or facial recognition. 

Maybe this is a PalmPilot program?

It loads and processes super slow with full bars and 5G. 

Being in Hong Kong one would expect exceptional service and technology, so it must have been outsourced somewhere. Support and FAQ’s are worthless.
