In case of submitting wrong receipts or information, if it can be edited or removed. That would be far more effective and convenient for both users and MTR crew so that staffs do not have to deal with wrong transactions to save your work loads while increase efficiency. However, people sometimes simply want to check on the mtr map and roughly estimate the travelling time on their way… Frequent updates make it so annoying and inconvenient for travellers. Could you consider to make the updates optional? Absolutely don’t mind a pop-up alert reminding that certain features within the app may not be functional if the user choose not to update immediately. This will make life much more easier. This has wasted so much of my time and caused unnecessary confusion. I expected better reliability from an app meant to assist with commuting. Now I need to press on the Search bar and type “Next train” and then click on it. Before there was a button on the home page to access the Next Train menu. Please add it back. Thanks The countless updates are also annoying. The previous one can keep both “from” and “to” stations. But now, only the “from” with “auto-gps location”. The only reason you would do that because the system simply communicate well somebody selfish about their own turf/responsibilities. Smart think about it you would’ve had an artificial intelligence system all in and set up until the minute there was a problem you would’ve taken care of it. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2026-03-03, version 30.8.1* The stupid app never sends the OTP code, and if you try to start all over it won’t let you reuse your email which you signed-up with because it wasn’t authenticated. Very poor programming. Seems it has no memory built-in for autofill or facial recognition. Maybe this is a PalmPilot program? It loads and processes super slow with full bars and 5G. Being in Hong Kong one would expect exceptional service and technology, so it must have been outsourced somewhere. You can compare with other applets like the one in Shenzhen metro. - for example, just think of how buttons you bone to press to get a suggested route from one place to another. The previous iteration was better. Another frustrating thing is, if there is a new app update, the app requires you to update prior to use. I understand the logic behind it , but just imagine if you are without internet at the time and wanted to check? These things happen for tourist. I firmly believe that you guys are do a much better job, wish you can improve the app asap.
