Unable to find language setting, the app and watch itself appear in Chinese. How can I switch it to English? Is not in the setting.

Dear MTWEAR,                     12.1.23

This app is a really good but my children hate the update and make it make them so uncomfortable because they just got used to having the old one and they’re not used to the new one it’s not really suitable for the age my kids are This app is a really good but Me and my children hate update and make it a 8+
