## What is Muay Thai Training?

This app will teach you beginner to advanced Muay Thai defensive and offensive moves. Learn all of the different strikes, take downs and counter moves. Muay Thai is the art of 8 limbs because you will use your knees, elbows,feet, and hands!

Your Fitivity app has multiple training programs in it for mixed martial arts! Switch between programs that were designed specifically for you!

In addition to your weekly workouts, try out Fitivity Coaching!  Coaching is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.

•	For each workout you are provided with HD instructional videos to preview & learn training techniques.
•	Stream workouts online or do workouts offline.

For your convenience, subscription charges will be processed through your iTunes account, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience. You can manage your subscription at any time, giving you full control over your membership. Should you decide to cancel, simply do so at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period to avoid auto-renewal.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off the auto-renew subscription from your device settings.

How do I get access to these again?

App upgrade is great, so if you can tell me how to access all apps I have paid for you will receive 5 stars. Thank you.

This app provides no useful contact unless you buy the add-ons. If you leave it installed on your device it will spam you nonstop with notifications. I uninstalled to just make the spam stop.

Some of the worst examples of Muay Thai I've ever seen. The example videos are laughable, techniques are done WRONG and terrible. Don't get this app!
