### 1/5 — Automatic Tips and service fee… for what?

Be careful. This app automatically adds tips to your order. I’m all for giving tips but they should be earned. Automatically adding tips for simply making an order is the same as theft to me. Unless I’m being served and waited on, I don’t believe a tip is warranted. Also, a service app? Yeah. I’m done with this restaurant. Too many other options to eat at to tolerate this borderline unethical business model

Put in an order at 4:36 pm. It is now 5:42 pm and I have not received my food. One delivery drive has already declined the order and I’ve been assigned a new one. The previous delivery driver took 55 minutes to get to the restaurant and when he did he said my order hadn’t registered with the restaurant yet. Tried to call the restaurant 4 times with no response. There isn’t even anywhere on the app to cancel the order or request a refund.

Why is there a service fee when I’m ordering ahead and picking up my own food? This makes no sense.
