It forces me to make another $5 purchase just to claim a “free” item. I contacted their social media team, who respond quickly but only with copy-paste replies. After 8 months the issue is still not fixed. The technical team has offered no solution. Overall, the app is poorly designed, customer support is unhelpful, and the promo system feels misleading.
