I have been trying to log in using my new log in and it says cant log in if recaptcha is null or empty and I have reset my password. I have tried logging in with both my phone number and email. I was very excited for this app but I am incredibly disappointed

You can’t purchase through the app and you can’t log in with the credentials you use in the store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THIS APP IS GARBAGE

So many flaws that this app doesn’t make sense at all:
- App doesn’t link to one’s online account and only shows in store purchases 
- App doesn’t track purchases that should count toward frequent buyer program (field is empty)
- Emailed their customer service account twice to get assistance and no response whatsoever

Not sure what’s going on here… I’d love to be able to use this app, but it won’t even let me create an account…  I cannot get my cursor (no tap click or toggle) into the address line field and the city field to fill out my information… 
Same issue, even after uninstall and reinstall, and same thing on iPhone or iPad.

Similar to other reviews I’m unable to log in using same credentials I use to make purchases from the website.  Phone number to get a txt to log into account is not recognized even though I’ve been using that number in my web account to purchase dog food for years.  I appreciate the publishers willingness to connect to resolve the “issue” but honestly that’s not worth my time.  This should not be hard.

Can’t log in with the same credentials I used successfully on the website. Not very useful if I can’t get in.

You can’t order anything through the app, which was my main reason for downloading it. So you may as well just go to the site, login, and do it that way. That said, the app seems to work well, the layout is clear, and I haven’t had any login issues like other reviews. Anyhow, I’ll be deleting it until there is the option to actually order for pickup/delivery.
