Für ist diese APP optimal für meinen Alltag und vor allen Dingen die Umstellung in diesem! Alles kann nichts muss. Ich kann entscheiden wie und wann am Tag ich meine (Plus-) Punkte mache. Es gibt Challenges Tages („gegen“ die eigen Mädels oder sich selbst 😄) oder Wochen gegen alle Mitstreiterinnen. Auch die Drei Bereiche: Fitness, Ernährung und geistige Gesundheit sind gerade für die heutige Zeit perfekt gewählt.
