I have a few drivers who use our company’s card on app… as the owner i try to help with issues and I call tohelp figure out issues REGARDLESS of having all the information the support needs they still tell me the driver needs to call. It won’t give me a fuel code and keeps declining my card. I’ve used three different cards. I would not recommend ### 1/5 — Cancelled fuel codes *2026-07-26, version 3.37* App works fine, but me and my dad have both ran into problems when it comes to canceling fuel codes, we do not get our money back and when we call their support, they just say it’s been resolved on their end when it hasn’t. Then they go on to tell you to contact your bank, when I did, I had to file a claim to get it back, mudflap cancelled my account till I paid them the money for the cancelled fuel code saying the money was taken away from a sepperate code I actually used. When in fact I have the paperwork from the bank proving it was the actual code I had cancelled that got refunded. My dad’s code that was automatically cancelled is still pending from a week back…. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-20, version 3.37* Downloaded app. Couldn’t even set up an account or sign in. Stopped to fill Up the 2nd time and was notified I had insufficient funds although I still had $270 from the $350 deposit, plus an additional $176 in my account. Called and they wanted me to always have $350 in a deposit, so basically I would have to transfer more money over to use it. I didn’t like that idea as I had money in my account to pay for any fuel I would purchase. It was too much of a hassle for me so I terminated my account and are awating Mudflap to transfer the remaining deposit they held back into my account. ### 1/5 — Just another tracking spy app *2026-07-12, version 3.37* So many issues. I bought a code and it never worked also it tracks me but when I map out nearest gas stations it will not give the address and 9 times out of 10 the gas station is so far away from my current location. Last thing the free 10$ is not really savings over time because it’s taking you to the most expensive gas stations. Of course, the first time I used mudflap I had a problem with the pump, and I was unable to immediately use the fuel code on another pump.
