Despite multiple emails to ‘support’ I’ve just been ghosted. No refund, they just took the money and gave me nothing. It looks like this app doesn’t work anymore and needs to be taken down. They’ve more than likely moved on from this and into some AI thing. Needless to say avoid subscribing to this at all costs, at the moment it looks like I’ve been totally scammed with no chance of a refund. I will be complaining to Apple over this.
