I bought it again at $30 and I still didn’t have access to it, so I asked Apple for a refund and I canceled my subscription. I have sent messages with no response or explanation, and the app just seems to take my money and shut me out. I'm really frustrated. I've literally used this app for years, but clearly it's time to cut my losses and find another app that actually works. The tailoring software inside which you need to look for allows you to really tweak the image perfectly if you’re willing to spend the time. It is not a big deal because it’s simply pointing with your finger and moving points around to match your mouth and dies.
