You can manage what you need to manage. But the quality control is not very good. With the advent calendar event now it crashes constantly when you try to do something. It’s either autofill or nothing, and I refuse to use autofill fir something that sensitive. So then I have to fill all those numbers manually? Especially for an app that IMHO does not have any added value over a simple website with the same functionality. The “best” is when you run out of data and need to get more and find out the app needs to be updated. At least the mandatory updates should be once a year at most. I called support and was told to suck it up. TMobile clearly doesn't want my business any more. **Developer response:** Hello, our app requires iOS 17.6 or higher to function. Ни баланса номера телефона, ни названия тарифы, ни срока действия номера. Зачем оно существует вообще? ### 1/5 — No transfer eSIM option *2025-06-16, version 26.13.0* When transfering to new phone the eSIM failed to transfer. Support was not available whole weekend and on Monday I was told it is impossible to transfer eSIM with this application. Only works on web app which I can not log into anymore because I do not have the old eSIM active. A lot of struggle for just a simple task of transfering eSIM and it is still not done. ### 1/5 — Why PIN? *2025-03-18, version 26.5.1* Normally use sometimes this app, but after last update is necessary to use some pin? Pin what? At first time i could use sms number and bypass pin. Now it is not possible. And i cannot use app anymore. When I use up all of my data and want to buy more I can't even log into the app. The only really important thing. Update: downgraded to obe star as the app version 25.13.0 (Nov 2024) stopped working: asking for an update, which can’t be installed on iOS 14.x (I need it for compatibility reasons). On Android this version of Můj T-Mobile supports even the ancient Android 8.0 … please revert the iOS deployment target to a more reasonable value. ### 1/5 — Will not open *2023-12-08, version 23.10.13* Used to work fine, but now for the past week or two it will not open. Every time I try to open it it won’t load and tell me there’s a problem. Doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi or data. ### 1/5 — Essential features does not work *2023-10-16, version 23.5.32* The app has some shiny but useless features, but the essential ones - likbe block/freeze ur simcard not. App tells u to call support - without simcard Chatbot is not chat bot useless U need to write an email from abroad to block ur simcard which can cost a lot. Feature to get a nee e sim doesnt work either, and if it works they need old simcard serial no. Which U dont have cause u LOST it! Basic MVP stuff the app does not provide. The other things like 5% sale in restaurant is very usefull… Except its not Who designed it this way? Who made that decision? Who prioritize that over essential functions. ### 1/5 — Scummy behavior *2023-10-11, version 23.5.32* So many agreements to sell out your data can be agreed to if you're not careful. Also, minimum amount of credit top up so it doesn't expire after a year is 200 Czk, but the app allows you to top up only 250 czk.
