Should require Touch ID on iPhones each time it signs in. Technickou chybu, kdy aplikace nezobrazuje v údajích o uživateli váš e-mail ani tel. číslo, které musíte nahlásit telefonicky a nejste ho schopen si nastavit sám se standardním ověřením zasláním e-mailu již řeší týden a dnes mi napsali, že to snad vyřeší za měsíc. Aplikace sama o sobě poskytuje dobré služby a jsem s ní spokojen. Technickou podporu od takového kolosu jakým je Vodafone bych očekával lepší. ### 4/5 — Aplikace porad odhlasuje *2015-12-06, version 1.90* Aplikace me porad odhlasuje, i kdyz mam povolene trvale prihlaseni (iPhone6, nejnovejsi iOS). Extremely overpriced tariffs and god forbid there was a mistake they charge you inflated fees. Lucie ### 1/5 — Hrůza *2024-09-21, version 5.25.0* Pomalé, po poslední aktualizaci stále zobrazuje nějaké chybové hlášky, přepínání mezi účty už nefunguje vůbec. ### 1/5 — Very bad telephone company. *2024-03-19, version 5.19.1* On November 29, 2024, I discontinued their service, and paid remaining balance. Next day I flew to Australia and NZ, placed Vodafone.CZ chip in my luggage, and used Australia company prepaid chip there, in Fiji & Tahiti. In America I use AT&T service. Yet Vodafone.CZ charges me every month for service they DON’T PROVIDE !!! When I lived in Czech I had Senior rate of 326 K, now they charge me every month 496 K for NO SERVICE !! Impossible to communicate with them from overseas, they don’t respond to my e-Mails… ### 1/5 — Horrible APP - doesn’t work *2021-01-24* Horrible app. So many bugs. You cannot even change a contact email address. Very disappointed with the app. Had a lot of trouble using it on my iPhone. Also had a lot of trouble using the website.
