بدأت تجربتي الجديدة كمتسوق خفي في تطبيق مكتشف، وكانت تجربة ممتعة ومختلفة عن أي عمل جربته سابقاً.  
تعلمت كيف أركز على التفاصيل الصغيرة داخل المتاجر والمطاعم، مثل جودة الخدمة، سرعة الاستقبال، نظافة المكان، وطريقة تعامل الموظفين مع العملاء.
في البداية كنت أعتقد أن المهمة سهلة، لكن اكتشفت أن المتسوق الخفي يحتاج إلى ملاحظة دقيقة وحيادية كاملة أثناء التقييم. أكثر ما أعجبني هو أنني أستطيع اكتساب خبرة ومهارات ملاحظة وتقييم، بالإضافة إلى الحصول على مقابل مادي مقابل تنفيذ المهام.
التطبيق منظم وسهل الاستخدام، والتعليمات واضحة قبل كل زيارة، وهذا ساعدني على أداء المهام بشكل أفضل. ومع الوقت أصبحت أكثر ثقة في كتابة التقارير وتوثيق الملاحظات بطريقة احترافية.
أعتبر هذه التجربة خطوة جميلة ومفيدة، وأتطلع لخوض مهام أكثر وتطوير مهاراتي في مجال التسوق الخفي.
