Below is where I have landed after multiple days of slow responses from customer support. The short of it is my package arrived damaged and missing an item. Customer service will not accept that there is something wrong even though I have provided 1. incorrect package weight documented by USPS and put on the label (off by multiple pounds) 2.the picture of the damaged box as evidence 3. tracking number linking their page to the label showing incorrect weight 4. photos of the other items, 5. package tracking history 6. individual item weights that they provided and the math that all of them together should have been significantly more than the weight of what arrived and it still isn’t enough to them. I’m out the money on the product and I feel the insurance on the packages is a scam. Definitely use another consolidation service.
