- Sub users: Landlords will be able to grant access to sub users to manage their portfolio. 
- Tasks: Users will be able to add tasks and follow up on them through Mulki. 

The download of Mulki is free. The Pro version unlocks all the features including: unlimited properties and units, invoicing features, tasks and sub users. If you opt for the Pro version, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not cancelled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be cancelled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
بحكم ان التطبيق مختص بامور تأجير العقارات سوف اطرح الان مثال عن حالة نتوقع انها تواجه العديد من المستخدمين،
يوجد لدينا مستأجرين يقومون بدفع ايجارات مقدمة لمدة سنه
نفترض ان الايجار المستحق يوم1 من شهر 7 ودفع المستأجر ايجار قيمته مليون ومئتان الف ريال، حيث ان التطبيق يظهر فيه ان مجموع الدخل لعام 2024 هو 1،200،000 وهذا الشيء خطأ، كون ان ال1،200،000 تخص 6 اشهر من عام 2024 و 6 اشهر من عام 2025، فيجب ان يكتب التطبيق (الدخل الخاص بعام 2024 هو 600،000 وليس 1،200،000) وترحل ال600،000 المتبقيه لدخل عام 2025.
