### 2/5 — No lithium

*2026-06-25, version 3.2.2*

Should have better support for lithium batteries

### 3/5 — Works

*2023-09-01, version 3.1.0*

It works pretty good, but as of lately the cranking test, charging test, trip, and my report buttons don’t work. When you push them, the app says synchronizing data and never does anything.

### 2/5 — Version update

*2022-07-05*

..i got two bm2.. I was able to upload the v8 only on one

### 4/5 — Works great for me with 3 batteries

*2022-06-01, version 3.0.2*

Great solution for monitoring car batteries. I have three EV's, two of which are famous for dead 12v batteries. With this I can only quickly do an instant voltage check but see how the sleeping EV is drawing 12v power continuosly with periodic recharge spikes from the HV battery. Very educational. Docs are adequate.

### 4/5 — Great simple app

*2022-05-15*

I would have liked to have seen some more useful features in the app.

### 2/5 — Potential

*2022-05-12, version 3.0.0*

The potential for a great devise is there , but not quite working properly. Can’t upgrade to version 8 and keeps asking to a bit painful actually.

### 2/5 — Pretty flakey

*2022-02-20, version 2.9.0*

Running on an iPhone 13 Promax.
It has the feeling on an early development piece of software, unready for its first beta release.
Only the very basics sort-of work, with none of the sophistication advertised by the seller.
A deeply disappointing app and certainly unworthy of the premium price charged. Save your money.

### 4/5 — Top Batterieüberwachung

*2021-08-09*

Ansonsten top

### 3/5 — Good app but strange features

*2021-03-28, version 2.7.0*

The basic functionality of this app is good. The app is a little strange though, in terms of it's features.

Pros: Displays up to four batteries status on the home screen; has useful ability to measure the instantaneous voltage changes such as during engine cranking; quickly refreshes battery status.

Cons: Has strange choices by the developer, such as unrelated features like Trip Mapping, Highway Tolls and Parking expense recording. Each trip can be saved as a Personal or Business trip. These are features I would not expect or want in a battery monitor.

A larger design limitation is that you can set whether the batteries are Starting Batteries or Storage Batteries, but the setting affects all four batteries. So, if you are like me and have one Starting Battery in the Tow Vehicle, and one Storage Battery in the Travel Trailer, you cannot access both profiles. You must choose one profile or the other which is then set for both batteries.

I urge the developer to remove all the Trip logging features, and instead focus more on the Battery Monitor features, such as setting the battery type by individual battery.

### 3/5 — Needs to support multiple battery types.

*2021-02-25, version 2.7.0*

Needs to support multiple battery types at the same time.
I.e. 2 car batteries and 2 solar batteries.

### 4/5 — I like this app

*2021-02-06, version 2.7.0*

I bought two battery monitors keep tabs on my two car’s batteries. This app lets me check the voltage and daily historical graph from both at the same time! I can walk to my window and not even go outside and I know if my cars need a charge. I also tried it on my RV and was a great way to see basic solar charging voltage.

I wish it would load in the background without hanging the app. That would make it 5 stars for me.

I read some of the other reviews but decided to try this anyway. And I’m happy I bought it considering how much more work it would be to figure out the state of charge of multiple cars.

### 4/5 — Good but could be better

*2020-05-25, version 2.4.1*

Can you PLEASE add Apple CarPlay support?? I’d love to be able to open an app on my headunit to display battery voltages while driving instead of having it up on my phone... would be so much better that way.

### 4/5 — Features I would like added

*2019-12-11, version 2.4.1*

Would like to get a daily notification regarding all of my attached batteries and not just one like it does now, I would also like a function to remove a battery from the app if I’m no longer using it. One last thing I would like see added is the function to be able to turn off trip tracking for certain battery’s as you get double trip tacking if you have more than one battery in the same vehicle.

### 1/5 — iPhone 16 Pro Max Absturz

*2024-09-29*

### 1/5 — It used to work

*2023-11-29, version 3.2.0*

But now doesn’t. Free version still works but this version keeps unsuccessfully update firmware. Developer unresponsive

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2023-05-01, version 3.1.0*

App doesn’t work, paid a lot for monitor and then for app, worked for 10 minutes then stopped working and haven’t been able to fix, no response from IT support either.

### 1/5 — Expensive bug riddled waste

*2021-09-19, version 2.8.2*

Potentially the best unfortunately full of bugs and limitations, will never purchase from this company again, it’s a shame as it stands out as Multi-Batt, fix your app, paid high price for product that has not been fully debugged, developed…. Would not recommend to anyone……

### 1/5 — Can’t change individual battery types

*2021-06-18, version 2.7.1*

I have 1 starter and 1 energy storage battery but I cat set them up individually. Both are either starters or energy storage

### 1/5 — Useless

*2020-10-15, version 2.5*

Very annoying when a paid app simply doesn’t work. When trying to connect it comes up with Go to Edit and change Bluetooth ID to a more identifiable name. Have searched the internet and apparently no-one knows what that means. They shouldn’t allow these people to take money for Apps that don’t work.

### 1/5 — Still useless , just check there updates They know there’s a problem yet still can’t resolve it

*2020-01-05, version 2.4.1*

Will not monitor 2 x batteries on iPad or iPhone

As usual people getting ripped off

Company not interested in fixing issue

Sync error comes up still

Replaced all battery monitors

Will now put a link to ensure on some forums this app is useless

Would be really good if it worked on multiple batteries as per software

### 1/5 — 彈apps

*2019-10-09, version 2.4*

### 1/5 — No longer works on 10.3.3

*2019-05-09, version 2.3.2*

I've been a user of this app since release. Except that I can no longer get into the app on my iPhone 5, all was working fine until the last 2 releases. I was hopeful this release would fix the issues. When opening app, it sits on the first screen and won't present the battery dashboard. Sometimes if i double click the home, I can see the main dashboard but can't access any of the batteries being used. I have 3 vehicles with these batteries. Please fix the issue for the older iOS releases, because this app use to work without issues.

### 1/5 — Worse App and it’s support

*2018-06-17, version 2.2.1*

I was very happy with battery monitor. Thought this app would be same. Paid 10 bucks and down loaded this. This does NOT work. Sent messages to tech support still no reply from them. For this app I bought 3 additional BM2 sensor also. Complete wastage of money and time. Frustration is free on top of that.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app for my specific application (0^0)

*2022-05-06, version 3.0.0*

Back in the spring of 2020 and after gathering as much information as I could I decided to purchase a Ryobi Zero Turn all electric mower. This mower is powered by four 12 volt 100Ah deep cycle batteries. My main concern with this setup was battery maintenance and longevity for both time to finish cutting my yard and the total life expectancy for each of the batteries. The first seven months of ownership and usage of this mower were almost flawless! In the eighth month while bagging leaves with the mower I started having issues with the two deck motors shutting down and having to wait a couple of minutes for the voltage to come back up, according to the percentage of power left gauge on the mower. After contacting the Ryobi Tech I was sent a new multi-function gauge for me to install on the mower. I really didn’t think that this part was going to take care of my issue and thinking about the four batteries, I knew that the BM2 battery monitor mounted on each battery would allow me to see which battery was weak. However the app suggested to use with the BM2 would only handle up to 2 batteries.
Then I found this app that would handle up to four batteries, purchased it and have been using it ever since! Great app! I’m able to monitor all four batteries simultaneously and could see my battery #4 starting to drop out which would pull the other batteries down and when the total voltage drops to 28 volts the deck motors shut down. After another call to Ryobi Tech help they sent me a couple of deck motor controllers, which didn’t help, then they sent me one new battery which helped a little but there again I could watch the other three batteries rapidly depleting power and called Ryobi again this time they sent me four new batteries.
The app does its job very well! My only complaint is that the app times out after running for a few minutes. I wish that there was a setting that would allow it to run continuously! I have my iPhone mounted so that I can watch the screen continuously if the app would let me.
I just updated the firmware on all four BM2s
and am l👀king forward to another summer and fall usage of this app! (0^0)

### 5/5 — Fantastic for a CAMPERVAN

*2021-12-10, version 2.8.3*

Just bought a new Camperking St Tropez (crap time of year I know) and wanted to keep an eye on the batteries over Winter. Bought 2 BM2’s (easy to fit) and this App works so well with them. No more wasted batteries ever again!!

*2021-12-08, version 2.8.3*

### 5/5 — Works perfectly.

*2020-12-29, version 2.5*

I installed the app as I have purchased a second monitor for my camper van. I have one on my starter battery and one on my leisure battery. Installed app and searched for the monitors. It found them both instantly. Changed names of devices and could not be happier. Thanks a lot.

### 5/5 — Works just fine.

*2020-04-26, version 2.4.1*

Leaving this review because a lot of people saying it doesn’t work.
I loaded the app connected the first unit to the battery it connected to the app straight away.
Connected another BM2 to the auxiliary battery and could not get it to connect. Shut down the app and reopened it. The second unit connected by itself.
Works great.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2020-02-26, version 2.4.1*

Works fine for me, and I haven’t come across anything else that does the same. Really handy tool for keeping on top of battery conditions.

### 5/5 — Excellent app for multiple battery monitors

*2019-12-29, version 2.4.1*

Regardless of negative previous messages by other reviewers, I took a chance and bought the app. It works perfectly in my iPhone and could not be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Excellent app, monitor more than 1 battery

*2019-05-09, version 2.3.2*

I was previously using the BM2 battery monitor app by this developer for more than a year. Decided to take the plunge and purchase a second battery monitor for a second vehicle. Before purchasing this app I ensured that I could connect via the old app to both monitors, and I could. However I could only monitor 1 battery status at a time.

After purchasing this app, I am delighted to report that I can connect to 2 separate monitors and view current voltage, percentage to full, and historical data. There is also an import function that pulls all existing data, quite a nice feature. Is it expensive? Yes, at $9.99, it is not cheap, but the value it provides me to monitor the state of multiple cars is worth the small investment. The UI is developed in a clean and easy to understand fashion. I am a Software Developer myself and can appreciate something well developed. I’ll report back after longer term useage. Nice work devs.

### 4/5 — iOS 17 Bug

*2023-12-01, version 3.2.0*

Will only when when setting phone to 24hr time.

### 4/5 — iOS17 Bug Work around

*2023-11-30*

As recommended by a different app, setting 24Hr time brings back the functionality lost with the iOS17 upgrade.
