### 1/5 — GarageBand not supported

*2021-03-14*

This app claims that it works in GarageBand, but it doesn’t. It doesn’t show up in the auv plug-ins list or in the inter-app list. I’ve refreshed both GarageBand and this, tried reinstalling, still doesn’t show up. I get that GarageBand has limitations, but don’t tell people it’ll work if it doesn’t.

### 3/5 — Nice but

*2022-04-21*

Very useful indeed and I want to love it but it’s very unstable and crashes, sometimes only band one will show so you have to reset all the time. It can render a whole track silent sometimes. I know it’s free but it needs to be better,,,I would be willing to pay for it if it were.

### 3/5 — Great concept, Buggy

*2021-03-13*

It immediately crashes Auria Pro when I load it. Hopefully, this will be fixed in an update.

### 5/5 — Peak

*2025-12-27*

Does what it says with no issues.

### 5/5 — Subtle Gem… 💎

*2024-11-10*

Oh my gosh. Had it for a while but only used it as a utility to trigger sidechained bass stuff.

But the more I play around with it, the more its MANY uses start to unfold - from the basic and utilitarian all the way on to wildly creative sound design stuff.

Have you got a phase issue in a particular band zone that you can’t seem to fix with eq alone? Park this effect on the channel and center a band splitter to the affected zone, then just dial in as needed.

Or how about a modulated bassline split three ways with separate modulation *on each band* - a compressor on the sub, distortion on the mid, and sideband-only reverb on the highs, nice and out of the way of the lows yet spacious and huge? Or motion multi-fx on EACH band?

You can even use it on a fully mixed track to kind of unmix/remix, or on a master channel mix to control and finesse the spectrum as needed.

There are a LOT of other creative applications to be discovered. Cannot overstate how powerful this is as a corrective and creative tool. Big thanks to the dev.

### 5/5 — dasja

mal sehr praktisch!

### 5/5 — Nails it

So simple and so effective. My primary use case is to seperate frequency ranges from a mono edrum for selective processing. Yes, you can also use separate EQs to achieve this, but this will end in a more complex routing which is error prone. I am using Multiband only in AUM which supports multi out. Perfect. All parameters are even MIDI mapable.

### 5/5 — clever & badass

non seulement génial, mais aussi chanmé !

### 5/5 — So useful and free!

Thank you!

### 5/5 — Incredible!

*2021-01-20*

This is really an amazing app. I can’t think of any other like it and it opens up all kinds of possibilities for surgical manipulation of sound, both on a utility level and even more so on an experimental level.

Highly recommended!!!

### 5/5 — Must have

I’m a big fan of Blue Mangoo’s apps and if you’re unsure of this one, watch the Sound Test Room’s YouTube video on this app to see how useful it can be. Came to the App Store prepared to pay for it and found that it’s free! Unbelievable. A real service to the iOS music making community
