## What is MultiCC?

MultiCC is the native mobile client for a self-hosted MultiCC Server. Monitor, continue, and organize AI-assisted development work from iPhone and iPad.

Highlights:

• View projects, sessions, and live status in one dashboard
• Connect to Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, ZCode, Kimi Code, and Qoder sessions
• Run parallel tasks in isolated worktrees
• Plan, dispatch, and follow work on a task board
• Continue conversations and inspect terminals or Git changes remotely
• Use voice input and global real-time voice routing
• Review session status, usage, and provider quota information
• Discover your own MultiCC Server on the local network

Requirements:

MultiCC does not include an AI model or subscription. You need a MultiCC Server operated by you or your organization, with the relevant coding CLIs and AI services configured separately. Server details, access tokens, and preferences stay on your device; messages and attachments are sent only to the server you configure.

MultiCC is open source. Visit the project website for source code, server setup instructions, and support.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.38.0 — 2026-10-25

## v2.10.0 — Reliable remote control and precise quota recovery (2026-10-25)

- Add a per-user Linux X11 desktop-agent installer and login autostart. Serialize input, interrupt active operations with Escape, release held keys on cancellation, and report unsupported Wayland sessions clearly.
- Improve mobile remote-screen frame updates, H.264 recovery, RFB framebuffer handling, and touch-to-pointer delivery. Show frame age and clearer display and agent errors.
- Read Claude five-hour and weekly quota windows from conversation response headers without automatic usage-page queries. Keep account data isolated and expire each window at its own reset.
- Classify provider rejections in Rust as temporary throttling, exhausted quota windows, model entitlement limits, or billing failures. Preserve account-wide restrictions while applying model-specific cooldowns and retry deadlines.
- Use Rust task summary reads with atomic asynchronous replay for Air, and refresh the bilingual guides and interface screenshots.
- Audit the exact release core plan at 361 suites and 336 commands, including deterministic passive-quota coverage, while keeping UI and device suites outside the core gate.
- Update the mobile app to 2.38.0 (build 180).

### 2.36.3 — 2026-10-22

What’s new:
• Delete workspaces from the directory home for easier project management.
• View official account subscription details, refresh account information, and open billing pages.
• Clearer guidance for external access to shared links.
• Improved chat error messages and connection compatibility.
• Improved stability when used with MultiCC Server 2.8.5.

### 2.36.2 — 2026-10-21

What’s new:
• Improved mobile navigation and task lists for smoother switching between projects and tasks.
• Improved bulk cleanup and deletion, reducing false timeout errors when server operations take longer.
• Improved the display of chat errors and tool execution progress.
• Added quota protection settings for official accounts with adjustable usage thresholds.
• Improved remote screen controls with direct-touch and trackpad modes, two-finger scrolling, and right-click gestures.
• Added collapsible service and document groups and improved stability with MultiCC Server 2.8.3.

### 2.36.0 — 2026-10-21

What's new:
• Air now syncs from a single source with incremental pushes — the task board, directories and session lists refresh live instead of re-reading the whole snapshot
• Every outbound request now follows the proxy you configured (environment first, then macOS system settings), while loopback traffic stays direct
• Model requests get a real budget: timing starts only once the upstream request is admitted, connection and stream progress are watched separately, and a stalled turn recovers instead of spinning forever
• New pi CLI lane
• Stability and polish synced with MultiCC Server 2.7.x

### 2.35.1 — 2026-10-19

What's new:\n• New Trigger tasks — manage "when an event happens, run an action" rules (global and per-session) from the schedule screen\n• Switch servers in one tap from the directory list\n• Stability and UX improvements synced with the 2.5.x server
