Multimax is a mobile operations app for supply-chain and manufacturing teams. It brings warehouse and factory workflows to your phone so staff can act on stock movements, purchase receipts, and production tasks without a desktop. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 2.14.0 — 2026-07-20 Big update covering everything since 2.10.1. Digest Notifications (Managers only) • Get scheduled reminders about drafts and pending documents at times you pick. • New Notification Settings screen (Account → Notifications) lets managers set the days, times, and which DocTypes to include. • Alert style toggle: Standard (single sound + vibration) or Alarm (Time-Sensitive on iOS; insistent loop on Android that keeps ringing until you open or dismiss). • iOS uses reliable pre-scheduled reminders at your chosen times — generic text, no live counts, since iOS can't run background fetches on a schedule. • The Documents-per-notification selector is Android-only for the same reason. Dashboard: Upcoming & Actionable • New chip slider above the task cards. Pick a DocType chip to preview the three most-relevant documents inline. • Actionable count chip with a scope toggle so you can see just your work or the whole team's. • Tap a document to jump straight to it; tap the chip to open the pre-filtered list. Item: Auto Re-order • New Re-order tab on the Item form. Add or edit per-warehouse re-order rules directly from the app; unsaved changes are guarded on dismissal. Fixes & polish • Assorted search, Purchase Order, and dashboard race-condition fixes. ### 2.5.0 — 2026-07-05 Major update covering everything since 2.0.15. Search • New global document search on the Dashboard with per-DocType scope chips, voice input (mic + Bluetooth headset), multi-word matching, and infinite scroll on scoped views. • Item search shows the Default-Warehouse balance inline on each result, with a Stock Balance summary underneath. • Faster server-side AND matching on multi-word queries. Reports • New POS & Delivery Note Item Rate report — tile view with thumbnails, tap-to-item, long-press-to-copy, multi-select filters, and a totals footer. • Two-level group-by selector with collapsible headers so you can pivot by customer, item group, warehouse and more. Session Defaults • New Default Warehouse picker, persisted per user, with group warehouses supported for rolled-up balances. • Banner prompts you to set a Default Warehouse when Item balances are hidden. Packing Slip & POS Upload • Packing Slip skips unbalanced Strap/Buckle serials on scan and disables them in the dropdown. • POS Qty demand chip and stock UOM now appear on the item-group card. • POS Upload gets a step-by-step progress timeline on the Details tab. Permissions & Accessibility • Material Request, Packing Slip, Stock Entry, Purchase Order and Delivery Note create/edit actions now honour your server-side permissions. • App-wide contrast tuned to WCAG AA in both light and dark themes.
