Ich nutze die App mit einem digitalen Multimeter von Trotec. Überzeugend ist die einffache Verbindung mit verschiedenen Messgeräten am Einsatzort und die umfangreiche Auswertung im Office. ### 4/5 — Tipps - man muss nicht verzweifeln ;-) *2022-09-10, version 1.2.0* Ja, die App ist definitiv nicht anwenderfreundlich - kleiner Hinweis für den Hersteller: 1. bitte setzen Sie einen erfahrenen UX-Designer an die App und lassen sie neu strukturieren. 2. bitte eine Option, die Bilder bei der PDF-Generierung z verkleinern, damit man beim mailversand keine Probleme wegen der Anhangsgrösse bekommt (Mail landet im Nirwana ohne Meldung). 3. ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Bilder als „Objekt“ verfügbar sind, so dass man z.B. eine spezielle Wand vor und nach der Problembehebung in 1 Objekt dokumentieren kann - also das original Foto wieder verwenden kann und innerhalb des Objektes dann die Werte von beiden Messungen sehen kann bzw versenden kann. Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn das generierte überlagerte Bild den Namen des Objektes und z.B. ein vorgeschlagenes Datum enthielte, dann müsste man nicht so viel manuell eingeben. Eine Massenselektion zur Massengenerierung von jedem verfügbaren Bild wäre auch extrem hilfreich. Für alle Anwender vielleicht ein paar Tips von mir, damit Ihr nicht aufgebt: 1. im Netz suchen nach „BM31WP“ und „Anleitung“, dann findet sich eine recht detaillierte Beschreibung des Geräts und der App. 2. Man muss sich durch die App „von links nach rechts“ denken: also in der Navigation unten links beginnen mit dem Koppeln des Geräts, dann in die Einstellungen oben rechts und „Aufzeichnung starten“ wählen. Ich nehme dann die Option „Einzelpunktmessung mit Bild“, woraufhin ich ein Foto machen kann (die dann mögliche Eingrenzung des Fotos breche ich einfach ab). Dann einfach den Sensor an eine Stelle der Wand halten und mit der anderen Hand auf dem Handy das Foto an der Stelle anklicken, an der man den Wert in etwa gemessen hat. Dann wird die Zahl dort angezeigt. Man kann den Wert auch verschieben, indem man unten auf das Symbol clickt, dann den farbig hinterlegten Wert woanders hin zieht, und das Symbol wieder deaktiviert. Ist das erledigt, wieder oben über das Menü die Aufzeichnung beenden und einen Namen eingeben. Dann geht‘s Schritt für Schritt durch die nächsten Navigationspunkte unten weiter: z.B. das überlagerte Bild mit den Werten als .png generieren. Dann weiter nach rechts auf Reporte, um die Werte und das Bild als PDF an sich selber zu mailen. Wenn man es mal kapiert hat, ist es einfach - aber man kommt halt nicht intuitiv drauf. ### 1/5 — nicht intuitiv sehr schlechte App *2021-11-07, version 1.1.7* Die App ist alles andere als intuitiv. Es gibt keine Benutzervideos im netzt zu finden. Ein Benutzervideo wäre das mindeste wenn eine App so schlecht programmiert ist. Wäre nicht nötig wenn die App selbsterklärend wäre.
