I found the process remarkably smooth. I reached my first goal a couple of months ago - creating a fund for my daughter’s education. And I’m pretty satisfied with the returns, too. I found this a really novel concept in a world dominated by the BNPL culture. Their support system was very helpful in carrying out a request for reprocessing a failed SIP for another goal. I’m now eager to see how the redemption process works. It just won’t let me buy the voucher. Frustrated to max now! Even logged a ticket but the support agent says, there is no way he can fix, try another transaction. I did try again, same issue. ### 1/5 — Money debited but transaction failed - no support received *2026-06-30, version v1.16.220* Extremely poor service, I deposit 25,000 using UPI and the money was successful debited from my account however, the app shows the transaction failed. Under AMC. Processing. Has been one week now I haven’t received any contact from the support team. The support team has not respond to the complaint there is no phone number to contact them only email address and they don’t have a X account so that we can publicly ask them for this kind of experience. They only have an Instagram account that also not legit Looks like this is a fraud company somehow got the license. You get a popup each time you try to back out of a screen. Parts of the app look like an entirely different app. They ask you what vouchers you want and then don’t actually seem to do anything with that information, and don’t let you access them either. This feels like a clear violation of user privacy and financial autonomy. Granting full bank access should never be a mandatory condition for simply opening a spending account within an app. Users must have the option to fund their account through alternative methods such as UPI, debit card transfer, net banking, or manual transfers—without being compelled to share sensitive banking data. Financial apps should prioritize transparency, data minimization, and informed consent. Forcing bank account access creates unnecessary risk and undermines trust. I strongly urge the developers to introduce flexible funding options that respect user privacy and give customers full control over their financial information. Until this policy is revised, I cannot recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Promises Unkept: The Reality of Withdrawing Funds *2024-02-02, version v.1.15.50* I was initially drawn to this service because they advertised the flexibility to stop and withdraw cash at any time without a lock-in period. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Trying to close the goal and redeem my funds turned out to be a cumbersome process, taking days to get my money back. What's more, the lack of support during this process has been frustrating. It's starting to feel like a scam, as they hold onto the money for an extended period with no clear reason. I was in the process of creating my first goal. The amount of questions this app asked me really made me feel uncomfortable. I am interested in making a short term investment. For that purpose why does anyone need to know my monthly income, monthly expenses, how much do I spend, how much do I invest, what did I do when the market crashed previously, so on and so forth. I played smart. I was interested in the returns being promised (would have uninstalled right away if it wasn't for that) So I randomly picked the options Multipl team, if you're reading this, I've submitted all wrong answers😁 ### 2/5 — Too many system maintenance *2026-08-24, version v1.16.232* During day time there are a lot of system maintenance, whenever I need to make transaction the app is under maintenance. Also, when I click on support call headphone button it is not clickable one of my referral friends payments is shown as in process since last 10 days and showing failed in the home screen and the payment has been debited from my friends account Marketing for your app and connecting to customer care is a pain ### 2/5 — Very poorly executed app *2024-10-14, version v.1.15.104* I think this is most un-intuitive and poorly executed attempt at an otherwise good application. Nothing is clear, my account has been debited 100rs three time, and yet the app only shoes 100rs invested. Like a new product, everyone wants to start slow. And when you are comfortable using the app, you scale in. But this app does not show anything clearly.
