L’app è buona, ma comprare biglietti con la card è impossibile dall’app, ogni volta devo passare dal sito, quindi l’app è inutile per me

Per poter prenotare bisogna registrarsi, vengono chieste tre password….carta di credito ….poi…NIENTE!!!….NON SUCCEDE NIENTE!!!
appare un errore SBB, anche se si prova con diversi canali di credito.
Inutile dire che al telefono NON risponde nessuno.
