For example search engine is working, but sometimes searching facility(that accepts ms) name shows no results, or ‘rate app’ button being just a placeholder. But other than that it serves its purpose as ms card so it’s useful. Would be fun thing to add training counter. ### 2/5 — impossible to log in *2026-05-18, version 1.51.1* I’ve tried a million times to log in and program show “error”. I installed it a long time ago, and previously everything was ok, this time program ask “multisport want use password…” - doesn’t matter what I choose, every time “oops something went wrong”. This will allow us to provide efficient support. ### 1/5 — Do not *2025-09-29, version 1.50.7* Do you use eKafeteria and MultiSport? Brace yourself — merging those accounts is a recurring nightmare. The refresh token expiry feels completely random, and unexpected logouts don’t make it any better. Worst of all, it always seems to happen when you’re away from your work laptop and just about to walk into the gym. I’m guessing agile coaches and execs must be thrilled with this app. Update: Changing the rating to one star after receiving another great advice from support. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-09-22, version 1.50.7* This is a failure of an app. Logs you out every 3-4 months and makes it unnecessary hard to log back in. Do better. ### 3/5 — Filtering of sports establishments works weird *2025-09-09, version 1.50.5* If you filter by card type, there’s no way to see sports places right away, you have to select an activity type. But I want to see all results first ### 1/5 — Log in issues *2025-08-22, version 1.50.5* and every visit I waste so much time standing at the gym reception just to log back in. Why do I need to confirm my login through email every single time? It makes no sense at all — just a pointless waste of time. Why can’t I simply log in with my password like everywhere else? Try to get physical card instead of this app ### 2/5 — That was great app until latest releases *2025-06-05, version 1.50.3* App was great, simple, lightweight and was doing right what it was intended to do - go for some sport. After the big UI/UX update it got 2 more clicks to go where I need to, it crashes and lagging. I understand, you need to show your work and progress to your bosses, but you literally made app less useful, overcomplicated with no single reason for that. I hope you got the promotion and enlarged your dev team so you could keep overcomplicate things. ### 3/5 — Good but not reliable *2025-05-03, version 1.50.2* The app functions well overall; however, users may occasionally encounter technical issues during the login process. Therefore, it is advisable to carry a physical card as a backup. ### 4/5 — Apple Watch support please! *2025-04-09, version 1.50.2* A lot of users have Apple Watches — it would be great if we could leave our phones home and use our watches to access facilities! ### 1/5 — Keep seeing “oops… somethings went wrong” error *2025-03-24, version 1.50.1* I can’t use the application at all. I keep seeing the same error after every login “oops… somethings went wrong” and button “Try again”. The button opens login form, then I have to login again and again!!! And see that error message. Nothing helped. I reinstalled the app around 10 times, clear all cache that I found. Nothing works. Seems like the application is useless, I’m so disappointed. Trying to get any help from support, but all suggestions I’ve got for now are “reinstall app”, “clear cache”. Nie ma nic ### 1/5 — trash app *2026-02-01, version 1.50.13* got my card number by email, the website recognizes it while the app does not make it impossible for me to use the service ### 1/5 — Better to have physical card with you all the time *2025-12-16, version 1.50.11* I’m sitting in from of the gym and can’t get in because this application randomly with no reason just deleted my mutisport card from app. At this point I have to go home, find the document and connect it again. Waste of time and nerves. Also it randomly logs out every day ### 1/5 — Extremely bad *2025-12-14, version 1.50.11* Application just simply doesn't let you log in. For some reason it's asking to log in though site (why can't I do it in application?) and laugh l leading to some error. Therefore I have to have my physical card and ID on me instead of using only application. Very unsuitable ### 1/5 — Keep getting logged out *2025-11-17, version 1.50.9* Nothing beats wasting 10 minutes every second time I go to the gym and realising I just got logged out. Usually I can log back in normally but today it just didn’t let me at all. Password reset led to me being able to log back in… but my card details were gone… Saving myself the stress (and money) next time by using the good old plastic card. Using the app is a coin flip. ### 1/5 — Misleading *2025-11-06, version 1.24.8* On my older iPhone, the app store offered me to download the older, still compatible, version of the app, but actually the app doesn’t let you sign in, and asks to update. ### 1/5 — Trudniej wejść do klubu niż przekroczyć granicę państwa *2025-11-05* Aby wejść do klubu na karcie Multisport trzeba pokazać - w dodatku do karty MS - dowód tożsamości. Kilka razy nie moglem wejść bo nie noszę dowodu ze sobą. Placę za 6 pracownikow co miesiąc i kazdy z nich mial tem sam problem.czy za te pieniądze nie może ta korporacja wymyśleć sposób weryfikacji korzystny DLA KLIENTA? Dzięki temu będziemy mogli sprawnie udzielić wsparcia. ### 1/5 — Dont Update the App *2025-11-04, version 1.50.9* Each time you update the app, it signs you off and then if you are registered with your company email, you have to deal with receiving authorization codes on your company email. It is an horrendous process.
