I liked the app so much but for the last year or so it doesn’t work properly. I mean that the app works in general but only for one translation. I open the app, search for a word, the app shows me the word, then I try to find another word but the page with the translation is empty, just a black page with no information. So I have to close the app and reopen that but it again only works for one inquiry. So that’s why I rate the app so low. Don’t forget that I’ve paid for the app. ### 4/5 — Great app but it stopped working for me recently *2022-12-22, version 1.8.5* Everything’s been fine but a week ago every time I try to translate a word or a phrase I get this notification that says ServiceError.unknown. И Бог бы с ней, я бы пережила, если б это происходило бесшумно. Недавно открыла словарь в автобусе, и реклама какой-то тупой игры заорала так, что я на месте подскочила. Люди вокруг тоже. Такая же история была в колледже. Ужасно неприятно. It does provide search suggestions but whenever you click it that ‘Multitran doesn’t know this word’. But when I enter same word on the qctual website in desktop browser it does find it. Update: received a prompt developer response. Updating review to 5 stars. Looking forward for the issue to be fixed. **Developer response:** Hi! Sorry for that. It wasn't because of update. Sometimes it may happen, I'm working on it to prevent such problems in the future.
