## What is Mum Chef?

Mum Chef va ajuta sa pregatiti mese sanatoase, potrivite atat pentru bebelusi cat si pentru adulti. Astfel o sa economisiti timp si o sa va bucurati mai mult de momentele speciale petrecute cu bebelusul dumneavoastra.
Aceasta aplicatie va ofera o diversitate de retete hranitoare si sanatoase pentru a-i oferi bebelusului un start bun in viata si posibilitatea de a deprinde obiceiuri alimentare sanatoase.

Pentru ca de multe ori organizarea meselor poate sa fie o povara, Mum Chef va ajuta sa va creati un plan alimentar si sa exportati lista de ingrediente necesare pentru meniurile selectate.

Alte functionalitati:
- jurnal alimentar. Pentru fiecare masa in parte, introduceti mancarea bebelusului si cateva detalii. Ex.: cat a mancat, daca i-a placut sau nu.
- jurnal al alergenilor. Monitorizati posibile reactii alergice ale celor mai frecventi alergeni.
- lista de cumparaturi.
- filtrarea retetelor in functie de alergeni si/sau categorii.
- cautare dupa numele retetei si ingrediente.
- adaugare retete proprii.

Conform acestei aplicatii, intr-o zi, bebe ar fi trebuit sa manance numai zacusca de legume de dimineata pana seara… si nu odata, ci de mai multe ori. Ideea din spate este ok si retetele sunt ok, dar executia este departe de ce ar fi trebuit sa fie. Meniurile nu asigura o dieta echilibrata si nu acopera grupele alimentare nici macar la minimum. De asemenea, nu este nici realist ca un bebe sa manance acelasi fel de dimineata, pranz si seara…
