Please look into this, the refund is processed after I reach home, basically travelling for free. This is local train ticket service. Please look into this. This has been a very frustrating experience. Blocking a customer’s money for such a long time without proper support or accountability is unacceptable. The entire flow from payment selection to payment acknowledgment is lagging. The payment was done, got ant ack msg but ticket was not booked till 5min timer was expired. Edit : This was resolved and app was working perfectly until couple of weeks back. Since couple of weeks whenever I opened this app to buy ticket it crashed. I am using this on 15proMax.
