I was using it for a long time & suddenly got logged out. Trying yo log in again but not receiving otp!!! Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but problem is still there. Please do the needful. ### 2/5 — Citizen Report Feature Not Working *2024-12-08* The citizen reporting feature, which allows anyone to click pictures and report violations, is not working. After clicking pictures of the violation & filling number plate & other derails, the submit button does not submit the report. I don’t even know the details for my challan. The interface is horrible. To know the reason for the challan we should atleast know what is the reason but there are no details and only a photo of the cars number plate. Just clicking a photo is easy but giving reason for the problem should also be mentioned. If possible kindly make the interface better and easier for us. ### 2/5 — Not a User friendly App *2022-04-24* If you are trying to upload a violation, one cannot use the image gallery to upload it. One HAS to take the picture on the app it self. There are so many moments where one has to take a picture instantly, as there is no time to open the app and navigate to the option. The other features of the app are helpful, but citizen report feature is a big failure. They can only show you the fine amount and images but not showing the violations against the fine. You can’t even see the list of fines against violation if you are IOS user. So when you have to fill in the registration number, unless you remember it, you have no other option. A simple fix is the ability to zoom in to the picture. I had parked my superbike inside the private boundary of my bungalow, yet I was wrongly issued a fine for “wrong parking” as if it was on a public road. I immediately sent a detailed email to the concerned department with proof and clarification, but the response I received was disheartening. They simply said, “It is an official fine, and we can’t help you in any case.” No proper investigation, no site verification, and no accountability. This is not how citizens who follow the law should be treated. I respect the work Mumbai Police does, but blindly issuing fines without facts and then refusing to hear genuine appeals only hurts public trust. I request the authorities to re-examine such cases more carefully in the future and allow a fair appeal process for those who have not violated any rule. ### 1/5 — App just for show-off on ios *2025-06-19, version 5.0.2* The traffic police app is just for show-off on ios platform, only to show that the app exists on ios platform as well. The otp doesn’t come at all to login and then very conveniently you will send court notice if there is any challan. Also when I am putting the number of the defaulting vehicle in the old pattern it says that the number format is incorrect. iPhone AutoCorrect and iPhone sentence shortcuts are not getting accepted in the app. All these were working fine in the earlier version.
