كنت من عملاء ممزورلد الأوفياء، وطلبت منهم أكثر من ٥٦ مرة، لكن للأسف تجربتي الأخيرة كانت مخيبة جدًا.

أولاً، الأسعار في موقع الإمارات أرخص بكثير من موقع السعودية لنفس المنتجات بالضبط! ولما قررت أطلب من الموقع الإماراتي بما إني كنت مسافرة، رفضوا يقبلون الدفع اكثر من مرة والسبب ان بنكي ما قبل مع اني غيرته ٣ مرات رغم إن سجلي عندهم معروف وطويل.

ثانياً، يعطونك قسيمة “خصم ٥٠ ريال”، لكن بعد ما تدخلينها يرتفع سعر الشحن فجأة، وفي النهاية الخصم الحقيقي ما يتعدى ٥ ريال! شعورك إنهم بس يبون يجذبونك بعنوان خصم وهمي.

وثالثاً، لما كلمت خدمة العملاء، ما في أي تفاعل أو محاولة لحل المشكلة. الرد الجاهز دايمًا: “هذا النظام!” بدون أي تعاطف أو اهتمام.

للأسف، بعد كل هالتجارب، قررت أوقف التعامل معهم. في منصات ثانية تهتم فعلاً بعملاءها وتقدم شفافية ومصداقية حقيقية منها first cry صراحة فرق التعامل

لقد قمت بشراء من الموقع وتم اخذ علي رسوم شحن وتوصيل ورسوم الضريبة وحين تم وصول الطلب تم اخذ رسوم جمارك دفعت 1000 درهم رسوم توصيل وضريبه وجمارك

My order came with some damages instead of refunding my money in my bank account they refunded the money in mums world wallet and they refused to return or exchange the damaged item! What if I don’t want to buy from this application? Such a waste of money 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 
طلبت حوض سباحة للاطفال ووصلني متضرر رفضوا استرجاعه او استبداله وبالمقابل أودعوا مبلغ الحوض في محفظة الأبلكيشن بدلا من ايداعه على الرصيد البنكي،، بإختصار أبلكيشن رغم أغلاطه بدلا من تعويض العميل مصر يربح نفسه لان عارف ان ايداع المبلغ بالمحفظه يخليني أطلب منهم مرة أخرى برسوم توصيل مضاعفة لان الطلب صغير 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

On 26 May 2024, my mother received an order and has decided to return it (due to size) and the item was in perfectly good condition and return in its original package. The request which was made on 28 May (within the 7 days policy) however it was rejected on the basis that the box was slightly ribbed which is entirely unacceptable as the MumzWorld box goes through shipping and is not received in a perfect condition to start with. In addition, I trust that this box is easily replaceable as this is just the company box and not the product box.

I’m happy to attach a picture of the requested return box which is much better condition that boxes that I first received from Mumzworld.

I will STOP shopping from Mumzworld again just because of their complex and unreasonable return policy as you can easily fund most of the items on other website with much better and easier return policies.

I would also file an official complaint to the Consumer Protection and Ministry of Commerce as this is considered commercial fraud.

Latest app bug shows “cartId must be string cartId should not be empty” 

It’s frustrating because now I have to find other places to purchase the things I need when on my phone, since I can’t even add items to my basket.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

Mumzworld’s customer service has been extremely unreliable and inconsistent. Every time I contact them, I end up speaking to a different person who seems to have no knowledge of my previous conversations or complaint. I am repeatedly asked to explain the entire issue again from the beginning, as if there is no proper case history or internal communication whatsoever.

Responses take far too long, promises and information provided by customer service cannot be relied upon, and no one seems willing to take ownership or responsibility for resolving the issue. I even requested several times for my complaint to be escalated to management, yet nothing meaningful was done.

The final straw was when I told them that, because of the way my case had been handled, I would close my account and stop shopping with Mumzworld completely. They did not even have the professionalism to respond.

This is not simply poor customer service; it is a complete lack of accountability, consistency, and credibility. After this experience, I have lost all trust in Mumzworld and will not be purchasing from them again.

One star is honestly more than this experience deserves

There are so many items that they claim to be out of stock on the registry and then when you add it to YOUR cart it’s magically available. And the price of the item is double on the registry but when you click to view the product itms suddenly back to half price! Very off-putting for people checking out my registry!
