They just recently did an update that made it difficult to print clearly. Previously, when I had a sticker that had something a bit grainy, I’d click a button and it would clear right up. Now that option is gone. Maybe I’m just not seeing it but I’ve spent a couple hours messing with it so I don’t believe so. As I’ve had it 3,years, I will say it’s a pretty great printer. I’ve used it for all sizes of labels. Cleans easily. Like any other thermal printer, i thought munbyn is more user friendly. But i can only print 1 image or lbel at a time unless i put all of the images together in pdf and print them. Its too much work. I bought munbyn thinkibg it will be as smooth as my previous printer but im disappointed for some like me that needs to print so much at a time but would take so much time printing different labes one at a time. Half of the time the sticker doesn't lineup correctly on the more expensive printer at that. Not very many choices for premade and you can't edit the premade designs with your own text. Which is wasting my labels! This shouldn’t take hours just to print one label! On top of that my munbyn printer is in great condition but everytime it goes through printer it gets stuck which creases my labels and I have to throw it away. Pls fix this munbyn. I’ve paid for the device. Let me use it. Horrid experience. Also since the new update my printer is suddenly printing with huge blank white spaces Stop updating the app when it worked fine before ### 1/5 — no “save as” option *2026-06-08, version 2.8.7* creating labels is a breeze! but one MAJOR gripe, you can’t edit an already saved label. meaning once i update or edit a label i have previously created and saved … if i attempt to save the new edits it overwrites the original saved label. this is quite frustrating when you have a business listing ingredients and you need to make a completely new label from scratch when it was a simple addition or removal of an ingredient. please update the app to do so. ### 1/5 — Would not recommend *2026-06-03, version 2.8.7* This printer is not reliable. It shows connected to the WiFi and connected to my device via Bluetooth but will not print. There’s no obvious reason for the fault, and the software appears to be the most recent version. Would not purchase again.
