I've switched to just using the MSU app. **Developer response:** 😞 Sorry to hear that. We'll investigate as best we can, but you're always welcome to imessage us on guide@rcpd.msu.edu (Yes iMessage takes emails in the to: box) ### 1/5 — Inaccurate *2022-08-31, version 1.91* For the past week the menus have been wrong as well as the hours and it has been very annoying considering the whole point of the app is to give accurate menus and hours. **Developer response:** Sorry Gobora! We spend an inordinate amount of time trying to *not* be annoying so this one stung tbh! This is the first we’re hearing of this so we’ll be sure to address it. If you’d like a quicker response please do message us from within the munch app. 🤗 Update: This should be fixed now and should show within a day ### 2/5 — Poor search tools *2022-09-11, version 1.91* 1) Menus for dining halls are frequently unavailable 2) No way to search across dining halls for a desired item or ingredient. You have to do a separate search for each dining hall just to see if any are serving the ingredient you’re looking for. **Developer response:** 1) hmm… all menu availability issues should be resolved. If you’re still unable to access them - iMessage us from within the app! 2) Yep we agree this is awful if you’re looking to avoid an ingredient. So we will be addressing this soon. But if you’re specifically looking *for* an ingredient I’m afraid what we’re working on may not fit the bill either - we really hope you message us with more details of your use case and we promise it’ll be worked on! ### 3/5 — View Next Day *2020-09-15, version 1.09* The app design is clean and it’s more thorough than the MSU app version of the menus, but unlike that app, this one doesn’t allow you to view the next day’s menu. And if you can, then improve the design because I’ve pressed just about everything. **Developer response:** Sorry you’re unhappy Bob! We will soon have multi day menus, with nutrition facts and a way to find foods easier very soon. EDIT: Well “soon”took a bit longer than we thought 🤷‍♀️. But we now have menus that show days ahead and whether menus have changed. We’re happy to make more changes if you’re still unhappy, so do let us know Bob. 😊 ### 4/5 — Love the App but needs an update ! *2023-08-26* I love this app and all of the extras that it has but needs an update !
