I canceled the trial and deleted the app yet it somehow still charged me for the subscription for an entire year. I requested a refund and they denied me. At this point, Im requesting my $52.00 annual fee to be refunded because it appears I’ve downloaded a faulty app. Please refund my money so that I can seek this feature elsewhere.
