I downloaded this app by accident while trying to purchase weight watchers app. I tried to contact the developers /sellers of the app to ask for refund back on September 2018, no one has contact me back.

I purchased the app and it works pretty well.  I attempted to contact the developer with a few questions but no reply yet.
Questions were:  FAQ link doesn’t work, no points allowance for workouts, constantly asking for my Apple ID, how to delete an entry made in error.

I just paid $60 for an app that crashes when you edit a food, keeps asking for my ITunes password every time I click on something, and so far no response from support. I regret not doing the one week free trial first because I would not have purchased it. Pros: tracks points and macros and is user friendly.
