The App is Horrendous!

I ordered 3 times this week and I am so disappointed the service and food is always 10/10 and is always our go to takeaway this week every order I have had missing items and phoned to be told they will send what’s missing each time over half hour later missing items arrived I’ve asked to speak with boss but he is away on holiday I really hope he returns soon as he is a good man and always looks after his customers well the shop needs him I’ll await his return before ordering again

Easy to use, could do with more descriptions. Like is a doner burger a burger with doner meat or just doner meat in bread roll
