## What is Munira?

True Stories from the Qur'an and authentic hadith, told slowly for bedtime.

Munira is a storytime app for Muslim families. A warm narrator reads each Story Page by Page while a hand-drawn Scene fills the screen: a garden at dawn, the ark on the flood, a path through the sea, a lamp in a cave. Then a short picture Quiz and one Moral to carry into tomorrow.

STORIES YOU CAN TRUST
Every Story is retold from the Qur'an and authentic hadith, and every Story shows its Sources. Each one is checked by a Reviewer before it reaches the app. Nothing is invented, and the Scenes never show faces or people: only places, animals, objects and light.

THE PROPHETS, ONE STORY AT A TIME
Hear Adam and the names of everything, Nuh and the great boat, Ibrahim and the fire that became cool, Yusuf and the well, Musa and the path through the sea, Yunus and the whale, Sulaiman and the little ant, and the life of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. Stories sit in Collections that follow each Prophet's life in order, and new Stories are added through the year.

MADE FOR BEDTIME
- Bedtime Mode dims the screen, sets a sleep timer and fades the narration to silence.
- Story for Tonight picks the next Story to hear, so there is nothing to choose at the end of a long day.
- A gentle bedtime reminder, only if you ask for one.
- Stories play offline, on a plane or at grandma's.

LISTEN, THEN TALK ABOUT IT
- Read along: the words of each Page are a tap away, in large, clear type.
- A picture Quiz of five or six questions, never scored. A wrong answer simply offers to hear that Page again.
- One Moral per Story: a short reflection, its Virtue, and one small thing to try today. Browse Stories by Virtue, such as patience and forgiveness.
- Last night's Moral waits on the home screen the next morning, to talk about over breakfast.

NOTHING TO CHASE
No ads. No streaks, points, badges or scores. No red crosses or confetti. The listener's first name stays on your phone.

Munira means "illuminating", from sirajan munira, "a light-giving lamp" (Qur'an 33:46).
