But now their service has plummeted with their bad communication services as for example a book a day ahead to fix my washing machine and then after waiting 24 hours they cancel my appointment after they were late !! And no one called me. Even-though I called them and no one answered. It is really, a waste of customers valuable time; with no efforts from the app team to address this shortfall. This issue happened to me multiple times (at least 4 times, with no action from Munjiz other than calling at the last minute and offer to cancel the appointment, if not welling to reschedule to the next day!!! للأسف تطبيق لايمكن الإعتماد عليه، حيث أنه قد تم إلغاء موعد الصيانة المؤكد لأكثر من مرة في اللحظات الأخيرة بسبب عدم وجود مزود خدمة متاح!! على الرغم من أن موعد الصيانة قد تم تأكيده بمدة تزيد عن الثلاث ساعت!! ### 1/5 — Read conditions carefully *2023-01-14, version 5.3.0* This app will guarantee getting paid no matter what service they provide.
